Description
Lagrein is an Alto Adige native wine, whose name comes from Lagara, a Magna Grecia colony where a wine called Lagaritanos was produced. Lagrein Trentino Doc is a red wine widespread in particular in the Piana Rotalian and benefits from the high temperature ranges between day and night characteristics of the area, which allow to develop a wine with an intense aroma with ruby red color and with pleasant nuances of fruit, vanilla and violet. The “Lagrein Trentino DOC” dressing is ideal in combination with meat dishes such as roast beef, duck breast, pulled pork, roast veal, rabbit, boiled meat, brisket and lamb. Two drops on “canderli” give a particular fragrance to the dish.
