Description
“Lambrusco” from the 70s onwards, has quickly became the best-known and most widely consumed Italian wine in the world and is also where the grapes from with which is made the balsamic vinegar.
This “Lambrusco” dressing is a light ruby red color and has a fresh pronounced scent with a violet note. It is suitable for aged cheese as parmigiano reggiano and roasts and boiled meat like cotechino and zampone.
