White dressing combining an autochthonous Friulian grape, “Ribolla Gialla DOC”, with cooked grape must of RIbolla Gialla and white wine vinegar. The color is straw yellow with a fragrant, floral and elegant scent. Light and delicate product with low acidity, ideal with salad dressing, white meat such as chicken and turkey and fish dishes.
